1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Nyx Intelligence ("the Platform"), operated by Astral AI LLC ("the Company"), registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
Nyx Intelligence is a geopolitical monitoring and open-source intelligence (OSINT) platform providing stability scores, conflict tracking, military data, diplomatic relations analysis, and real-time news aggregation. The Platform aggregates data from publicly available sources and applies proprietary scoring algorithms.
3. Subscription Tiers
The Platform offers the following tiers:
- Free: Basic stability heatmap, country scores, conflict zones
- Geopolitics ($6/month): Diplomatic relations, news feed, trade flows, sentiment analysis
- Global ($200/month): Strike detection, military data, missile ranges, weapon systems, API access
- Enterprise (custom): Custom integrations, dedicated support, SLA, on-premise deployment
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Platform to plan, facilitate, or support any act of violence or terrorism
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense Platform data without written authorization
- Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data beyond API rate limits
- Attempt to reverse-engineer proprietary scoring algorithms
- Use the Platform in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
5. Data Accuracy Disclaimer
The Platform aggregates data from public sources (GDELT, ACLED, World Bank, SIPRI, Google News, etc.) and applies automated analysis. While we strive for accuracy:
- Data may contain errors, delays, or inaccuracies inherent to source systems
- Stability scores are algorithmic estimates, not definitive assessments
- Strike detection uses automated news analysis and may produce false positives
- The Platform should NOT be used as the sole basis for military, diplomatic, or investment decisions
6. Intellectual Property
All proprietary content, including scoring algorithms, UI design, and data visualizations, is owned by Astral AI LLC. Source data remains subject to the respective licenses of origin (Creative Commons, Open Data, etc.).
7. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASTRAL AI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
